We have a no-hassle return policy and free and easy returns for all domestic orders! If you don't love your cuff or need to return it for any reason, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
For the holidays we will extend the return period to the end of January.
To start your return or exchange and get an RMA number simply send us an email. Please be sure to include your order number and the email address associated with your order.
Returns shipped to us without an RMA number on the package will not be credited. Please obtain an RMA number before shipping us anything.
International Returns and/or Exchanges: For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. For international exchanges the customer is responsible for shipping.
Sale Items: Sale items are final sale and do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
How long does it take to process my return?
Once your return has been received by the warehouse and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method within 7-10 days of receipt. After we have issued the refund, it will take up to 3 business days for the funds to be placed back on your credit card or Paypal account. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.
Shipping
Express orders received before 1:00 PM EST normally ship the same day. Those received after 1:00 PM EST will ship the following business day. Orders with standard shipping normally ship the next business day. Exceptions to this schedule may occur on the day following a three-day weekend and between Thanksgiving and New Years. We do not ship on weekends, so if you order on a Saturday or Sunday your order will ship on Monday.
Our Product Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our product and if your cuff has any manufacturer's defect, we will replace it for up to 30 days after the original purchase. Basically, if it's our fault, we will repair or replace your cuff for free. However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your cuff through on your own. Our product guarantee does not cover chemical damage, normal wear and tear, scratches, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims, so please keep your order #.

Q: Where is my package? I received a notification that my package has been delivered but don't have it - what can I do?
A: The package that you're looking for is a rectangular brown box measuring 4x5x7 inches. If you didn't get it please check your front porch, mail box and any other place your mailman/woman usually leaves packages. Also please ask your neighbors or family members if they have seen any package matching this description. If you received a notification that it has been delivered it means it is close to you, just not quite to you yet. Ask around and see what you can find out. If after a day or so it is still missing you can file a claim with the USPS. Information you will need for the claim is mostly found in your order confirmation email including your tracking number. Q: I returned a cuff and have yet to receive credit to my original form of payment.
A: We try to get all returns processed between 7-10 days from receipt of return. If your return is outside that window, please shoot us an email.
Q: My credit isn't showing up on my credit card statement.
A: It usually takes 3-5 business days for all credits to show up on credit card statements. Additionally, if you used Apple Pay, Shopify Payments or Amazon Payments it may take a few days longer and not look as if it has come from The Ultimate Cuff. If you've received a notification saying we've processed your refund, hang tight, it's on its way.
